We are pleased to advise that the next SLC online forum will take place on 4th February at 1pm and will last 60 minutes.
The forum aims to allow attendees to raise and discuss any relevant issues or topics and to seek guidance. It will be chaired by Ian Quayle a leading trainer and conveyancing specialist.
Some of the topics that will be included are:
- A BSA update
- Law Society Guidance on climate change
- Scoping the Retainer - tips and traps
- Case law on service charge
- Lessons for conveyancers from recent case law
This event is for SLC members only and delegates are invited to submit topics for discussion and all suggestions are welcome.
