The forum aims to allow attendees to raise and discuss any relevant issues or topics and to seek guidance. The forum will be chaired by Ian Quayle a leading trainer and conveyancing specialist.
Some of the topics that will be included are:
- Law Society Code for Signing and Exchanging Contracts
- The new Law Society Guidance on the Building Safety Act
