We are pleased to advise that the next SLC online forum will take place on 3rd October at 2pm and will last 60 minutes.
The forum aims to allow attendees to raise and discuss any relevant issues or topics and to seek guidance. It will be chaired by Ian Quayle a leading trainer and conveyancing specialist.
Some of the topics that will be included are:
- Issues for conveyancers with electric vehicles charging
- Dealing with the revised TA 6 and 7 tips and traps
- Can we act on BSA related sales and purchases
- Sweeping up clauses in residential long leases - lessons from recent case law
This event is for SLC members only and delegates are invited to submit topics for discussion and all suggestions are welcome.
