We are back in Derby and again have an excellent line-up of guest speakers. It promises to be an engaging, informative, and interactive CPD event.
This year morning part of the Conference will focus on Digital Signatures and presenters from HMLR and Nationwide will speak on their perspective on this important matter for conveyancers.
Other sessions will include:
- Leasehold reform
- Material Information
- Digitalization of Property data and Standards
- Updates on topical subjects such as the Building and Safety Act 2022, the revised Law Society TA 6, ID verification etc.
Mental Health is another important topic, and we will have a presentation from the Chief Executive of LawCare (Elizabeth Rimmer) tailored for Conveyancers.
Our Conference is FREE for all members.
We are delighted that Kate Faulkner OBE will host again this year.
We are also staging two breakout sessions for students (and Conveyancers who may be interested in the subject matter).

Refreshments throughout the day and lunch are of course provided at no cost as usual.
To celebrate and socialise, we will as ever have an informal dinner after the conference with a drinks reception and entertainment at the Pride Park Stadium in Derby.
Following the success last year’s special presentation at the Dinner to welcome newly qualified Licensed Conveyancers to the profession, we will hold a presentation once again this year. Please encourage your newly qualified colleagues to come along and be part of this celebration.
