The SLC AGM and webinar will take place online on 18th March 2025 at 10am.
We are pleased to advise that at the webinar HMLR will deliver a brand-new training session.
• Introduction looking at the impact of requisitions (top ten avoidable requisitions and the cost of these to the conveyancing market)
• Information on where members can find HMLR training materials, what they are and how they can be used
• Townhall style Q&A session with a HMLR panel using pre-submitted and live questions
The Q&A will be the main focus of the session.
We would like to encourage members to pre-submit or bring along an application or requisition question and HMLR experts will provide guidance or explain where the answer can be found.

You will understand that HMLR will not be able to discuss live applications or talk about specific properties.
The SLC forum will be followed by AGM.
Please kindly note that the webinar is for ALL SLC members, however the AGM is for full members only (Principal and Employed). Non full members will be asked to leave the meeting after the webinar.
