The SLC AGM and Forum will take place online on 20th March 2024 at 10am.
The forum aims to allow attendees to raise and discuss any relevant issues or topics and to seek guidance and it will be chaired by Ian Quayle a leading trainer and conveyancing specialist.
Some of the topics that will be included are:
- The Building Safety Act 2022 - Law Society Guidance
- Proposals for reform and the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Bill
- Advising residential clients on highway issues - tips and traps
- Electronic Signatures - recent developments
The SLC forum will be followed by AGM – it is for members only.
Please kindly note that the forum is for all SLC members, however AGM is for full members only (Principal and Employed). Non full members will be asked to leave the meeting after the forum.
If your colleagues (non-members) would like to attend the forum, they can join the Society prior to the event.
