One of the impacts of COVID has been to accelerate the interest in digital signatures. Clients assume everything can be done on their iPad or phone, and that paper documents are unnecessary. This is set to rapidly become the norm for a variety of reasons - not just COVID.
This webinar will look at the state of the law on e-signatures - when they can be used and when 'wet-ink' is preferable.
